Product Delivery Policies –

All deliveries conducted within Queensland will be calculated depending on a specified Freight charge (approx AU $ 10.00) straight from the courier company
All deliveries made for outside of the Queensland area are subject to freight quotes prior to being dispatched.
CHM Cleaning Supplies & Services holds the sole authority to reserve the rights to quote on large and volumetric deliveries; whenever freight costs supersede a reasonable sum/amount.
CHM Cleaning Supplies & Services also holds authority to cancel orders and refund all money to the concerned customer ASAP
Our product deliveries can be expected best within 36 hours from the time of your order request. Of course, delays can happen (on rare occasions) due to stock availability.

Product Returns Policies –

All requests for returning products must be made inside 7-days of the date of purchase. The requested products set for being returned will of course need to be in re-saleable condition – (meaning having its packing intact, item unused or damage-free).
If you notice your requested products are not available ex-stock and were custom ordered by you, then the return will be subjected to the concerned manufacturer’s approval.
If the purchased goods appear to be faulty or damaged, then contact us for an ‘Item return/replacement initiative’. You can email us or call us directly to enquire about the status or situation.
Moreover, if the product received from doesn’t match up to your needs or doesn’t appear as it was described on-site, then you can return the item inside 7-days of its purchase. After the item is procured from our end, our quality team will properly assess the prime cause for the return of product and money credit.
And if we have mistakenly dispatched the wrong product to you; GET IN TOUCH to ensure the wrong product is picked up and the right product is re-delivered to you on your chosen date and time.
